Where is the store based?
When will my order ship?
Sugar Lich is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by me, Michelle! We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, and usually do so within 1-3 days.
During special events, such as collection launches or restocks, processing time may take a bit longer! Depending on how many orders are placed, it can sometimes take 1-14 days for your order to ship.
If you have a special event where you need your order to be prioritized, such as for a gift or a convention, feel free to send us an email! We will do our best to accommodate if it does not interfere with our schedule!
Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders may vary up to 4 weeks, depending on customs. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any delivery issues with USPS, and I cannot control your customs charges when ordering internationally! Also be aware that USPS is currently facing many hardships, such as scanning machines being removed, underfunding, and hours restrictions. Orders may take longer than usual. Support the Post Office!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales on Sugar Lich are final! We do not accept returns or exchanges. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase! However, if there is a quality issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! International shipping can vary due to weight, but generally starts around $12.00 USD. We only charge what USPS charges for the shipping labels, there are no hidden costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
We take quality very seriously, and only want the best for our customers! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out to their new homes, but it is possible a damaged product could slip past us! Please email us, and you will receive a replacement.
